Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues our valued customers may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order inquiries
- Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking interactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
