Job Description
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Revit MEP Modeler. The Revit MEP Modeler will be responsible for creating design drafts and blueprints using Revit MEP software. This includes creating 3D models of building services, such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The Revit MEP Modeler will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other specialists to ensure the accuracy and completeness of designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience with 3D modeling software, specifically Revit MEP
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 3 years experience in MEP consulting, engineering, or design
