Job Purpose:
The role of HR Executive – Generalist at Allure Digital is to provide comprehensive HR support and services to ensure the effective functioning of the organization’s human resources. This position plays a pivotal role in implementing HR policies, procedures, and supporting various HR initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Actively engage in the recruitment process, including job description preparation, job ad posting, and seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and EEO data, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Policy Development: Participate in the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, driving continuous improvement.
- Disciplinary and Grievance Handling: Provide guidance and resolutions to support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Payroll and Compensation: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure precise and timely payroll processing, while also supporting compensation and benefits administration.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR management or a related field.
Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles
Skills – Job Specific:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in working on HR initiatives and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of online talent sourcing, networking channels, and HR best practices.
- Tech-savvy and Proficiency in Ms Office and Google Workspace.
