Description
- Basic troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and other hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Ability of root cause analysis of basic IT issues.
- Capable of task management and customer handling.
- Should be well dressed as it’s a customer facing role.
- 24/7 IT Support (Rotation based Duty).
Requirements
- Graduate with a diploma in Computer Science.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills required.
- Must be good in oral and written English.
- Problem-solving skills required.
- Experience in IT-related jobs preferred.
- Willingness for onsite jobs.
- Can-do attitude required.
- Can work under pressure.
- Should be able to understand the requirements.
