Job Description
We are currently seeking an International Sales Specialist to join our team at HR Ways – Hiring Tech Talent. As an International Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on platforms such as Bark, Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelance. Your role will involve developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, delivering compelling sales presentations, and negotiating deals with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Bark, Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelance.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of at least $500.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with proficiency in English, market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Compensation: Salary + Commission + Bonus as per sales target slabs.
- Demonstrated success in marketing roles, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creativity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Data-driven decision-making approach.
