Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Travel Coordinator. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all travel arrangements for corporate clients. The role includes booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the travel process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in travel coordination and travel management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience using SABRE reservation system
- Ability to speak English
