Role Description:
12 Consultants is seeking a Manager/Team Lead for International Sales Office. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore. The Manager/Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales executives toward achieving sales targets for various educational institutions in different countries. The incumbent will also be responsible for the development of sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry, with experience leading and managing a team of sales executives.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies along with experience in developing sales strategies.
- Deep understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks with priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Office Location: Johar Town (near UMT Lahore)
Salary: 70,00-100,00 PKR + Commissions
Office Timings: 2PM – 10PM
