Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating business processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, conduct data analysis, and develop strategies for process optimization. With your strong analytical skills, you will identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets, enabling informed decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. You should also have a good understanding of business operations, including financial analysis and project management.
Experience with relevant software and tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software, is required. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
