Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Operations Manager. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, managing inventory, and overseeing store maintenance. The Retail Operations Manager will provide leadership and direction to the store team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Retail Operations and Store Management skills
- Operations Management and Analytical Skills

- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with team members and customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
