Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Manager (Technical Recruiter) to join our team at Novus Tech. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-notch technical talent for our organization. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verifications for selected candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter and HR Manager in a similar role.
- Familiarity with technical skills and terminology in the IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and other HR tools.
