Job Description
CIRCLE Women Association is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing the social, economic, and political well-being of women across Pakistan. We recognize the power of data in understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by women, which informs our programs, advocacy efforts, and research.
Position Title: Outreach & Selection Associate
Department: Outreach Department
Location: Upper Mall Quick Office, Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing partner data
- Explore new organizations based on criteria
- Collect relevant data and contact information for senior management
- Send emails, make contact, and schedule meetings with potential partners
- Prepare meeting-related materials (merchandise, documents)
- Write meeting minutes and proposals for collaboration
- Share minutes and proposals with partners for further follow-ups
- Follow up with partners
- Maintain records of emails and documents
- Create and regularly update outreach-related trackers
- Develop yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans
- Collect data for each cohort partner-wise and create monthly reports
- Collect success stories from cohorts and maintain records
- Create stories for clients, partners, and other organizations for social media
- Manage logistics for outreach events and create reports
- Record and share stories and pictures on social media, tagging partners
Core Responsibilities:
- To maintain all outreach data
- To hold meetings with universities and different organizations
- To provide awareness-raising sessions where needed and conduct orientation sessions for different programs
- To explore new organizations
