Our IT Support experts are always available to troubleshoot technical issues and provide long-term solutions. We focus on empowering our clients so they can navigate the digital realm with confidence. Our services include network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day network administration, troubleshooting, and customer service tasks. The specialist will also ensure the network security of all infrastructure while providing user training and education. The role requires in-office work in Multan and some remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Network Administration and Information Technology
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Expertise in Network Security protocols and best practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies is a plus
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, and Security+ are desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
