Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System Administrator to join our team at TechnoGenics SMC PVT LTD. As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless learning experience for our employees.
Your primary duties will include:
- Setting up and configuring the LMS according to organizational requirements.
- Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions on the LMS.
- Uploading, organizing, and updating educational materials, courses, and assessments.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues related to the LMS.
- Collaborating with the Learning and Development team to design and develop interactive e-learning content.
- Providing training sessions and technical support to employees on how to effectively use the LMS.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
