Job Description
Job Location: Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi (locals will be preferred)
Job Type: On-site, This is not a Remote position- please do not apply if you cannot travel here.

Thinking Box is in search of a dedicated English Language Specialist to enhance our team’s proficiency in both verbal and written communication. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in proofreading and editing materials produced by team members, while also taking the responsibility of coaching to bridge any gaps in their English language skills. This is not just a job; it’s a dynamic and evolving role that encourages creativity and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proofread and edit team members’ written material to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Coach team members to improve their English language skills, addressing individual communication gaps
- Develop actionable plans to enhance overall team communication by conducting assessments
- Auditing/Training/Content Creation
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in English language support, with a focus on both verbal and written communication
- Have evidence of creating creative work
- Having Experience in Business Communication will be a bonus point
- Ability to assess language gaps and create effective action plans
- A passion for coaching and guiding team members to reach their full potential
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
