Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Manager Sourcing Governance. As the Manager Sourcing Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sourcing process for our organization, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies, and driving improvements in the sourcing strategy.
In this role, you will lead a team of sourcing professionals, coordinate with various stakeholders, and identify strategic sourcing opportunities. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts with vendors, and evaluate supplier performance. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, monitor industry developments, and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in sourcing and procurement, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for market opportunities. You should have a solid understanding of sourcing best practices, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
