Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Executive located in Thokar Niaz Baig Lahore. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for answering customer queries and resolving basic to complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, you will provide technical and non-technical assistance and support to create a positive and memorable experience for the customer.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or related roles may be beneficial but is not essential
Requirements
- Should have a Metric or inter’s degree
- Must have a good typing speed
- Must be able to work in Night Shift
Job location
- Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore (onsite)
Timing
- 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
