Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Sky Marketing’s Islamabad location. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, maintaining HR policies, and providing overall support for human resources.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in HR Operations and supporting the development of HR policies
- Employee relations skills, including conflict resolution and communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
