Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business goals and IT solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, defining project requirements, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. Your work will contribute to the development of business strategies, process improvements, and efficient system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to develop effective solutions.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirement documents and functional specifications.
  • Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of new systems.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Prior experience in project management and system implementation is a plus.
