Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and stay updated on industry trends and software solutions.
- Proactively approach and engage prospective clients, pitching our services and resources to address their business needs.
- Follow up with clients on a daily basis, maintaining regular communication to build and nurture relationships.
- Understand client requirements, analyze business needs, and prepare comprehensive proposals, legal documents, and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate project budgets and align pricing strategies with profitability goals.
- Coordinate with management to obtain necessary approvals and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals, while providing exceptional aftersales support.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, managing expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn and Excel to identify and target potential clients, track sales activities, and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
