Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Division for an Amazon VA. The role will primarily involve providing virtual assistance to our clients by handling Amazon-related tasks, managing inventories, handling customer service inquiries, managing sales, and providing reports as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries
- Ability to work cohesively as a team member and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred, but not required
