Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Karachi Division. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. The specialist will also be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience through their interactions with customers.
