Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Learning Specialist located in Lahore. The Machine Learning Specialist will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining advanced machine learning models and algorithms. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning solutions and evaluate their performance. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, data preprocessing, data visualization, model selection, hyper-parameter tuning, and model interpretation.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science and Statistics
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with algorithms for data analysis, including feature selection, dimensionality reduction, and clustering
- Experience with model selection, hyper-parameter tuning, and model interpretation
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Scala is a plus
- Experience in the software development industry is a plus
