Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/ bachelor’s degree in consumer behavior/research/psychology/sociology.
- 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role at an FMCG/Corporate or an Agency.
- Proficient in data mining and usage of MS Office and Power BI, SPSS (optional).
- Project Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively across Pakistan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and roll out of research projects whilst assisting in formulating brand’s insights and strategy.
- Supervise the execution of ad hoc and continuous research in the field.
- Support Insight Manager in analysis and preparation of monthly reports for management.
- Liaise with internal brand teams and research agencies for the development and execution of projects.
- Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share, and consumer trends and competitive activity.
- Understand different brand needs for research and the best research methodology fit and craft an agency brief for different research types.
- Communicate effectively with agencies in designing and finalizing questionnaires and field plans.
- Manage Research Dashboards and databases and solve with advanced analytics.
- Create all project management networks for the brand research developed under the guidance of Insights Manager.
- Update the monthly share tracker sheets to see the regional, segment, and SKU trends and make recommendations to Brand manager on target achievement and shortfalls.
- Support the Manager Consumer Insights in developing programs to keep the consumer engaged with Peek Freans.
- Execute the agreed research calendar and assist the Manager Consumer Insights in other research functions where support is needed.
