Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Talent Allocator. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top executive talent and placing them in key positions within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and business goals
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top executive talent
- Building and maintaining a strong network of executive candidates through various sourcing methods
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
