Established in 1986, our aim is to improve thermal efficiency and energy conservation in Pakistan. We offer various products including Rockwool Blankets, Rigid Boards, Pre-formed Pipe Covers, and PU Sandwich Panels. Our insulations meet European Retardant Standards and are highly moisture and water-resistant due to our technical collaboration with Termolan s.p.a, Italy. We are ISO 900 certified and committed to eco-friendly manufacturing.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Production Manager. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant located in Karachi. This position requires on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Experience in production planning and scheduling
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with Lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
