Job Description
ACE Money Transfer, a UK-based company with its headquarters in Manchester, United Kingdom, is seeking to hire an Admin Officer.
As an Admin Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the outdoor staff and inventories of the admin department. This includes providing support in food services, security, sanitation, and official vehicle-related care to the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling vendor relationships and procurement activities.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing Admin inventories and maintaining proper records.
- Coordinating with the Accounts department to ensure accurate updating of admin inventories.
- Planning and organizing kitchen-related functions, including menu planning, procurement, inventory management, cleaning, service, quality control, and maintenance.
- Monitoring the sanitation staff and their cleaning schedules.
- Assigning additional cleaning tasks to the sanitation staff as needed.
- Ensuring that repair and maintenance jobs related to the office building, executive guest house, and other facilities are taken care of.
- Overseeing the proper maintenance and usage of official vehicles.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as good communication abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are crucial.
