Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the HR department, supervising operations, and executing strategies that align with the company’s goals. The role also involves building relationships with employees, handling employee relations, providing support to senior management, and ensuring HR policies and procedures align with legal compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1-year progressive experience and a proven track record in Human Resources, with an emphasis on employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration, and employment compliance
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
