Job Description
Softaxe is seeking a highly organized and experienced Receptionist/Front Desk Officer with a background in managing co-working spaces. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our members and guests, overseeing day-to-day operations at the front desk, and contributing to the overall success of our co-working space.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Member Services:
- Assist in the onboarding of new members, providing them with information about facilities, amenities, and community events.
- Address member concerns or issues and provide timely resolutions.
Space Management:
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are set up appropriately.
- Monitor and manage shared spaces to ensure a clean and conducive work environment.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community by organizing and promoting events, workshops, and networking opportunities for members.
- Encourage collaboration and interaction among members.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including mail handling, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate records of membership details and billing information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer in a co-working space environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and basic administrative tools.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with co-working space management software.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and startup culture.
