Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences and develop marketing personas.
- Monitoring and analyzing website analytics, digital ad performance, and social media engagement metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure maximum online visibility and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, along with proven experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp, is required.
