Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Support Executive (Call Center). As a Business Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent communication and customer service to clients through phone and email. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in administrative assistance tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
- Prior experience in working at a call center or similar environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- Fluency in both English and Urdu
