Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Counselor Manager to join our team. As the Senior Counselor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of counselors and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our counseling department. Your main duties will include:
- Providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the counseling team
- Developing and implementing counseling programs and strategies
- Evaluating the performance of counselors and providing feedback for improvement
- Managing client caseloads and ensuring that counseling sessions are conducted effectively
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall client experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in counseling, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of clients and team members.
