Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Representative at 5 Star Utilities Ltd located in Karachi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and processing customer requests. They must maintain a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services and must be able to work well in a team environment. Duties may also include scheduling appointments and performing administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
