Position Summary:
Identifying and executing O2C process initiatives to improve performance, monitor execution of controls and meet current and future business/market needs.
Drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions, to enhance operational efficiencies while engaging customers, building trust of stakeholders, executing CFSC model to ensure tangibility, flexibility, and alignment to customers’ needs and realities in both traditional and modern trade.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Creating deep understanding of customer’s Supply Chain (modern and traditional trade) to align with Nestlé’s by close coordination with Sales and customer to continuously review operations, challenge the status quo and workout on smart cost-effective supply chain solutions
- Implementing EDI, VMI, B2B solutions for continuously rationalizing Customers/Distributors ordering/inventories
- Improving flexibilities, operational and cost-effectiveness by challenging RTM and introducing satellite warehousing or eliminating handling agents
- Coordinating sales to develop/implement Nestlé quality, SHE, and WBP standards for Distributors to uplift them to Nestle standards
- Close liaison with Sales Management, D&SP and physical logistics to devise joint improvement plans with Customers to enhance Nestlé’s “ability to win,” supported by CFSC methodology
- Creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation to highlight business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Proven ability to take initiatives with successful projects
- Ability to work with diverse and cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity
- Advanced Level Proficiency in MS Office and analytical skills
- MBA or Bachelors with 2-3 years relevant experience (Distribution Operations, SHE Knowledge, OSHAS training is a must)
