Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Create project schedules using MS Project and PWA (Project Web Application) by closely collaborating with project managers and teams.
- Track and forecast project timelines and Capex throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all project documents are properly recorded on the living project book (LPB) and assist Project Managers in tracking the business and financial approval workflow on LPB.
- Facilitate project managers in the collection, analysis, and documentation of lessons learned from projects through brainstorming sessions on the Lesson Learn Portal.
- Ensure the preparation of the Post Evaluation report to properly close the project.
- Provide professional support to line managers and supervisor(s).
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Finance/Management Studies.
Professional Competencies:
- Understanding of database structures, reporting tools, and computer systems.
- Good organizational and planning abilities, including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and quantitative abilities.
- Effective communication and excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
