Job Description

Minimum Qualification: F.A/F.Sc
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-food chain at a similar managerial level.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete branch operations, including sales, demand and supply management, quality control, and marketing.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Manage the team and ensure that hygiene standards are met.
- Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost branch visibility and sales.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
