Job Description
If you are a database professional who is feeling trapped working with outdated tools and monotonous work, we have an opening for you at our Islamabad office to tap into a new world of DB technology and develop new skills.
- 2-3 years of experience with SQL Server programming.
- Someone who can fluently speak and write in English.
- Hands-on in troubleshooting software queries.
- Experience with a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent preferred.
Here’s a glimpse of what you will be working on:
- Solving support tickets related to customer issues that are escalated by the team.
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries from users and providing technical guidance/support to resolve the issues.
- Using SQL Server programming to diagnose and solve customer issues.
- Collecting relevant information from customers regarding questions/problems and generating tickets in the ticketing system.
- Coordinating with the development squad on strategies to resolve software issues.
- Providing ad-hoc hands-on support on DB issues raised directly by the customers.
- Document action taken, and escalate call if necessary.
Job Location: E-11/3
Job Timings: 4pm to 1am (Monday-Friday)
