Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all operational activities relating to receiving, storage and pumping of HSD/ MOGAS according to the Oil Movement schedule. Ensure the safety of personnel, equipment including pipeline, ROW of the designated station(s) and maintain the environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and Guidelines to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Coordinate with local District Management, contractors, and utilities companies for smooth operations.
- Prepare and present periodic reports pertaining to operation and other station activities
- Evaluate performance of all operation staff and other department staff as Administrator Supervisor. Have in place development plans for employees.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and within the budget allocated.
- Prepare annual operation budget and schedule of expenses for station.
- Perform as Event Owner for all Accidents, Nearmiss and Hazards report through the system. Assign tasks for corrective actions through recommendations in the system.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with minimum 10 years of work experience
