Role Description
This full-time remote role is for a Zonal Manager. As a Zonal Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our sales and operations in the assigned region. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience in managing and overseeing sales and operations teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the agricultural or chemical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
