Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telemarketing Sales Representative. The Telemarketing Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and generating sales leads, as well as handling inbound calls to cater to the questions of clients. The position is Lahore based with the flexibility to work from home on request and if needed.
Timings
10 am – 6 pm
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Support skills.
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a telemarketing or similar role.
- Experience in the renewable and solar energy sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
