Position Overview:
As the Creative Head at Odacious, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative direction for three distinct brands. Your primary responsibilities will include conceptualizing and overseeing the development of compelling social media and website content. You will lead a team of writers, ensuring the creation of SEO-optimized content to enhance online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of engaging and effective social media and website content for three brands.
- Create impactful ad content that resonates with the target audience.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the content team.
- Utilize your knowledge of SEO best practices to guide the creation of content that enhances search engine visibility.
- Possess an understanding of influencers in the Pakistan market, leveraging this knowledge to enhance brand presence.
- Content Writing: Possess strong content writing skills to craft compelling copy and messaging for campaigns.
- Proactively contribute to the generation of innovative ideas for new products, ensuring a fresh and competitive product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in creative content development.
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of influencers and market trends in Pakistan.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
