Job Description
Duration: January 29 to February 2, 2024
Location: Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad)

Responsibilities:
As a University Delegation Leader, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of a recruitment tour for four US universities in Pakistan. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Travel Coordination:
- Accompanying university representatives during the tour.
- Overseeing and managing all travel logistics provided by the company.
- Delegation Leadership:
- Leading the delegation to host workshops in high schools across different cities.
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the delegation.
- Workshop Hosting:
- Facilitating workshops in each high school to promote the universities and engage with students.
- Schedule Management:
- Adhering to the tour schedule with visits to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad on specific dates.
- Interacting with Participants:
- Engaging with students and networking with counselors to promote international student recruitment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in leading educational tours or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the education system and student recruitment in Pakistan.
- Ability to represent US universities professionally.
