Job Description
This position is an entry-level position in Zameen Developments. The required field of experience is 01 Year. Reporting to Senior Manager Supply Chain, the candidate must be proactive, eager to learn new skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in the development and management of contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal terms.
- Monitor supplier performance, conducting regular reviews, and addressing any issues.
Accounts Management:
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Track and reconcile procurement expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate on the development of budgets, providing input on procurement-related expenses.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and financial performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the procurement and accounts departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, accounts management, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and financial analysis skills.
Experience:
1 Year of Experience in a relevant field.
