Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual for the position of Manager Inventory Management Operations. As the Manager Inventory Management Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory to meet the company’s operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies and processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
• Monitor and analyze inventory data, including demand patterns, sales trends, and forecasting to make informed decisions and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure accurate inventory levels
• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce inventory carrying costs and improve inventory accuracy
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory management professionals to achieve department goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment
