Job Description
As an Assistant Manager Digital Marketing, you’ll be an integral part of our Digital team, working collaboratively to bring our marketing strategies to life visually. Your role will involve creating various visual assets for social media platforms and other web services. If you are passionate about storytelling and have a knack for translating ideas into compelling visuals, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developed and executed comprehensive performance marketing strategies to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Conducted thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Managed digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Utilized data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements for optimal campaign performance.
- Implemented A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Oversaw budget allocation and effectively managed advertising spend to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Relevant Field.
- Proven experience in a similar role (Marketing).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work.
- Ability to lead the creative & production team.
