Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our valuable customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Redirecting unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation

Requirements:
