Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates who align with the requirements and values of our organization.
Your main duties will involve:
- Writing engaging job descriptions and advertising job openings.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
- Interviewing candidates in person and assessing their qualifications.
- Conducting reference and background checks.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in recruitment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
