Job Description
We are currently hiring a Business Analyst specialized in Lending Module to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. If you think you have the right skills and attitude, along with the following banking experience, we are excited to hear from you:
- Conventional and Islamic lending module knowledge
- Knowledgeable of banking products and services
- Working experience with any (well-known) loan accounting application system available in the market as a user or vendor position
Qualification and Required Competencies:
- Work with stakeholders and project team to collect requirements
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to industry and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with development teams to define high-level functional and ensure technical specifications can support business requirements
- Understand, analyze, and define the target of the functional flow and application architecture
- Understand and analyze data: operational management, reporting
- Lead reviews with business on system stability, responsiveness, production incidents, and problem tickets including identification of critical root causes
- Provide post-implementation and maintenance support of our products/projects to existing clients
- Write and review documentation
- Analyzing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
- Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams
- Carrying out periodic quality checks
