NORANDUM is currently seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our Social Media team as a Social Media Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning social media calendars, creating engaging content, and supporting internal activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the social media calendar in coordination with the team.
• Develop compelling campaign ideas aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Post and track content across various social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the team to execute internal activities.
• Review all social media posts for accuracy and remove inappropriate content.
• Stay informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes.
• Create designs using tools such as CANVA and ADOBE PHOTOSHOP.

Requirements:

• Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in mass communication or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 months of experience or internship in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
• Proficient in using social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
