Role and Responsibilities:
- Investigate client-reported problems
- Taking ownership of customer issues (Level 2) reported by end users.
- Responsible for providing technical/software support.
- Must have a strong command on SQL queries to provide DB level support.
- Investigate and resolve complex software issues reported by end users.
- Strong understanding of Medical Billing and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Ensure the application is fully functional.
è RCM / healthcare domain knowledge would be a positive point
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in SE/CS/IT
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of SQL Queries, HTML, CSS
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
