Job Description
We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) and our clients are based in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are looking for serious candidates with previous inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience, ideally in a US or UK based campaign.
Job Duties include:
- Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Must have an American accent
- Responding to new service inquiries, complaints, and handling other day-to-day processes
- Attending trainings and team meetings
- Working as a team player and assisting team members as needed
- Being flexible with different shift timings and working with the team to ensure coverage
Skillset Requirements:
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
- Write English without grammatical errors
- Good typing speed and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage different shift timings
Compensation & Benefits:
- Rs. 60,00 to Rs. 75,00 basic salary + performance bonuses
